Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and the cruise agency services we provide. Please read them before sending an enquiry.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Touris.net (“Touris”, “we”, “us”), an independent cruise agency with a registered office at 512 Fern Rd, Fort Bliss, TX 79906. You can reach us on 833-995-7702 or at info@touris.net.

2. Our role

We act as an agent for the cruise line or tour operator that provides your holiday. We do not own, charter or operate any ship, and we are not the principal for any booking made through us.

This means your contract for the cruise itself is with the operating cruise line, not with Touris. That operator’s own booking conditions and conditions of carriage apply in full, and take precedence over anything on this website where the two conflict. We will always provide you with a copy of those conditions before you commit to a booking.

3. This website does not sell cruises

No booking is created and no payment is taken through this website. Every cruise listed here leads to an enquiry form. Submitting an enquiry is a request for a quotation. It does not reserve a cabin, does not hold a fare, and does not oblige either of us to anything.

A booking exists only once all of the following have happened:

  • we have issued you a written quotation for a specific sailing, ship and cabin grade;
  • you have expressly instructed us to proceed with that quotation;
  • the operator has confirmed the booking and issued a booking reference; and
  • the required deposit has been received by the operator.

4. Prices and availability

Fares displayed on this website are indicative. They are representative planning figures per person, based on two adults sharing a stateroom, and are drawn from our cruise data provider rather than from a live reservation system.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, displayed fares exclude:

  • flights, airport transfers and any pre- or post-cruise accommodation;
  • travel insurance;
  • gratuities, service charges and onboard spending;
  • shore excursions, speciality dining and drinks packages;
  • visas, ESTA fees and any charge levied by a port or government after quotation.

Cruise pricing changes continuously with demand. The only price that binds either party is the one stated in a written quotation we have issued, and that quotation is valid only for the period stated on it.

5. Accuracy of information

Itineraries, ship information, deck plans, amenity lists and imagery are supplied by third parties, including cruise lines and our cruise data provider. We take reasonable care in presenting it but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

Illustrative imagery on this website is our own original artwork and is not a photograph of any particular vessel. Ship names, cruise line names and trade marks are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Your obligations

You are responsible for:

  • giving us accurate names exactly as they appear on the passports of everyone travelling — operators charge for name corrections, and some refuse them entirely;
  • holding a passport valid for the period required by every country on the itinerary, and obtaining any visa, ESTA or transit permit needed;
  • telling us about any medical condition, mobility requirement, dietary need or pregnancy before booking, as operators impose their own restrictions;
  • checking every document we issue and telling us immediately if anything is wrong.

7. Payment

Where a booking proceeds, payment is made under the operator’s terms — normally a deposit on confirmation and the balance by a stated date. We do not add a booking fee, service charge or admin fee to the operator’s fare. We may collect payment on the operator’s behalf where the operator’s arrangements require it; we will tell you if that applies.

8. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and amendment are governed by the operator’s conditions and our Cancellation & Amendment Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Liability

As an agent, we accept responsibility for making your booking correctly and in accordance with your instructions. We are not liable for the performance of the cruise itself, which is the operator’s responsibility under its own conditions of carriage.

We are not liable for any loss arising from an itinerary change, port cancellation, weather event, mechanical issue, medical diversion, industrial action or any other matter within the operator’s control or outside anyone’s control.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

10. Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment and repatriation at sea, cancellation, curtailment and baggage, arranged at the point of booking rather than before departure. Several operators require proof of medical cover as a condition of boarding.

11. Website use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, harvest, systematically extract or republish content, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit automated or fraudulent enquiries.

12. Complaints

Contact your consultant first — most issues are resolved the same day. If you would like the matter escalated, write to us at info@touris.net marking your message for the attention of the Customer Relations Manager, quoting your booking or enquiry reference. We acknowledge complaints within three business days and aim to resolve them within twenty-eight.

Complaints about the cruise itself — the ship, service on board, an itinerary change — must normally be raised with the operator, and in most cases reported to the ship’s guest services desk during the voyage. We will help you do that.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of that State have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here on the date you submit an enquiry. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
